Full Stack Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable frontend and backend solutions for new country launches and existing markets.
• Build backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices, preferably with Golang, while contributing to React, React Native, and TypeScript applications.
• Integrate KYC providers, payment gateways, banking partners, brokers, custodians, and other financial infrastructure platforms.
• Build and localize onboarding, identity verification, funding, investment, and withdrawal workflows for country-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance to translate business and regulatory requirements into secure technical solutions.
• Deliver launches end to end, including integration testing, deployment, troubleshooting, automated testing, documentation, and improvements to security, performance, and reliability.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial full stack software development experience, ideally in fintech, financial services, or a technology-driven environment.
• Strong backend development experience, preferably with Golang, and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party platforms.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Comfort working in Linux and experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of automated testing, debugging, software security, and performance optimization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage competing priorities, and deliver against project timelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a practical and product-minded approach to engineering; willingness to learn and adapt to changing requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to React Native applications.
• Experience with Elasticsearch or Cassandra.
• Experience integrating financial technology platforms, ideally in fintech or financial services.
