Sr. Software Engineer, Fullstack (AI)

What you will do

• Build and own scalable SaaS applications across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Design future-ready architectures and address scalability, availability, fault-tolerance, and performance gaps.
• Investigate and resolve reliability issues across the stack and improve system efficiency.
• Embed unit, integration, and contract testing throughout the development lifecycle.
• Partner with Product and Design to translate requirements into intuitive user interfaces and make technical trade-offs.
• Lead engineering practices, conduct code reviews, document systems, mentor engineers, and contribute to on-call and incident response.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years building reliable, performant applications and microservices in production, including full-stack work across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Production experience with React.js and technical depth in at least one domain such as distributed systems, multi-tenant SaaS, application databases, networking, security, serverless, or event streaming.
• Experience contributing to production health through on-call rotations and incident response in a “you build it, you run it” environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, curiosity, willingness to learn and teach, and a customer-focused approach to building intuitive products.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Ruby or Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, Node.js, Go, or React.js.
