Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Gibraltar or the Isle of Man

What you will do

• Build AI-powered products end to end, connecting frontend, backend, APIs, databases, models, agents, and tools.
• Own full-stack features from requirements through deployment, including interfaces, data models, authentication, and access controls.
• Integrate applications with LLMs, agents, and tools using appropriate permissions, error handling, and user experience design.
• Use coding agents to accelerate development, review their output, and share effective workflows.
• Write tests, review code, pair with colleagues, mentor others, and share knowledge.
• Troubleshoot across the UI, authentication, and database layers and maintain reliable deployed applications.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack skills with TypeScript or JavaScript, a modern frontend framework, REST/API design, and SQL.
• Ability to design solutions and debug across the full stack, including authentication and access controls.
• Proven experience with Git, automated testing, code review, and running applications in production.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code, together with the ability to review AI-generated output critically.
• Interest in mentoring, sharing knowledge, and improving colleagues’ skills.

Nice to have

• React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Vercel, GCP, or agent and tool-calling frameworks.
