Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid/flexible working arrangements.

What you will do

Elicit, document, and validate business requirements using business analysis techniques and AI capabilities.
Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and data models for Agile delivery teams.
Perform gap and root cause analysis, define KPIs and success metrics, and support business cases and benefits realisation.
Act as the liaison for Commercial process owners and stakeholders, presenting solution options and findings to senior leadership.
Build dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau, collaborate with data engineering teams on AI/ML data requirements, and promote data-driven decision-making.
Identify and oversee AI/ML, automation, portal, integration, and other digital innovation initiatives, including proof-of-concept delivery and vendor opportunities.

Requirements

Extensive experience developing and implementing innovative technology and operating models for client integration, data visibility, analytics tools, and external-facing portals.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Suite and portal technology solutions.
Experience developing and deploying B2B and B2C client integration middleware.
Operational experience in logistics, preferably third-party logistics, and experience in a regulated environment, preferably pharmaceuticals.
Demonstrable experience identifying and implementing AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives in an operational environment.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Strategic thinking, analytical rigour, communication and influencing, adaptability, collaboration, and results orientation.
