Software Engineer Leader | Data Enablement | Data & Product

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain software products and platform capabilities for data discovery and consumption.
• Develop APIs, services, integrations, and reusable components connecting Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Collibra, SAP, M3, and related systems.
• Build capabilities for metadata management, data lineage, governance, discovery, and trusted data access.
• Improve platform usability, scalability, developer experience, automation, and self-service.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, users, engineers, architects, data specialists, and business teams.
• Contribute to engineering standards and practices including DevOps, CI/CD, testing, code reviews, and observability.

Requirements

• Solid experience in software engineering and modern development practices.
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, TypeScript, Java, Go, or similar.
• Experience building applications, APIs, integrations, platform services, or developer-facing products.
• Experience working in cloud environments such as Azure and/or AWS.
• Understanding of distributed systems and scalable software design.
• Experience with testing, automation, code reviews, CI/CD, observability, Infrastructure as Code, and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience or strong interest in products focused on data discovery, metadata, governance, developer experience, or data consumption.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, product, and business teams.
• Curiosity and a passion for building products that enable others.
