Finance Operations Specialist (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Milan, Italy; work from the Milan office three days a week

Annual salary: €28,000–€45,000 RAL, plus equity

hirify.global is building an AI platform for legal work used by more than 20,000 legal professionals across Italy, Spain, Germany, France, and Bulgaria.

What you will do

• Configure, clean, and map finance processes in the Light CRM.
• Build complex workflows, manage properties, and structure pipelines.
• Own cross-country dashboards and reports, maintaining accurate CRM data as the source of truth.
• Gather technical and operational requirements from Finance leadership and translate them into working workflows.
• Integrate external tools and support the scalability of hirify.global’s data infrastructure.
• Identify process failures and broken data flows, then resolve them independently.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Finance Operations or as a CRM Specialist in fast-growing technology or SaaS contexts.
• Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing CRM logic, including workflows, properties, and lead assignment rules.
• Genuine interest in AI tools and CRM implementation.
• Strong finance, people, and legal literacy, with a solid understanding of the funnel.
• Methodical approach to data extraction, database cleaning, and report creation using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Extreme ownership, autonomy, and ability to diagnose and fix workflow or data issues without micro-management.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Italian.
• Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Finance, or another quantitative field is highly preferred.
• This is a purely operational data and process role; strategic and Sales Enablement or training profiles are not a fit.
