Regulatory Reporting and Tax Communications Specialist (Financial Services)

Location: Cernusco sul Naviglio and Milan, Italy, with smartworking possibility and a hybrid work model.

Salary: gross annual base salary starting from €31,000, determined under the applicable collective labor agreement.

What you will do

• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory reports for Banca d’Italia and Consob.
• Manage communications to the Italian Revenue Agency, including Anagrafe dei Rapporti and Segnalazione Saldi/Movimenti.
• Control monthly, annual, ordinary, and extraordinary filings.
• Handle Financial Investigations Service requests and responses.
• Perform controls, checks, and reconciliations on transmitted data and reporting flows.
• Support clients and liaise with auditors and supervisory bodies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or university degree; economics or finance preferred.
• Experience in banks, investment firms (SIM), or asset management companies (SGR).
• Practical knowledge of regulatory reporting and XBRL format.
• Excellent command of Excel and strong IT skills.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and reliability, with the ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
