ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location: Remote; DC Metro area strongly preferred. U.S. Citizenship required with no exceptions; ability to obtain USDA Suitability required.

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 per year in the U.S.

What you will do

• Gather detailed business requirements.
• Work with agency stakeholders to implement solutions meeting customer needs.
• Support the development team by testing completed stories.
• Create and communicate project documentation.
• Communicate frequently with stakeholders and senior client leadership in a highly client-facing role.

Requirements

• Minimum six years of total experience, including at least four years directly supporting management consulting and/or technology transformation efforts; federal government consulting is preferred.
• At least one year of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• ServiceNow experience with HRSD/SPM and CSM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work effectively in teams and communicate clearly with senior client leadership.
• U.S. citizenship required with no exceptions, plus ability to obtain USDA Suitability.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
