Senior Business Systems Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Base salary for US-based candidates: $88,900–$160,100/year. Candidates outside the US have varying compensation.

What you will do

• Drive business analysis for complex enterprise system initiatives across the SDLC.
• Validate requirements and manage solution delivery through development lifecycles.
• Enhance system integrations, data management, business system configurations, and enterprise processes.
• Facilitate workshops for requirements elicitation, prioritization, validation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead documentation and maintain comprehensive business analysis artifacts.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, project managers, and business owners to support aligned, on-time delivery.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of business analysis methodologies, advanced elicitation techniques, and functional specification standards.
• Domain expertise in complex business problems, enterprise configuration, and change management principles.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise system integration, data mapping, and end-to-end traceability across business platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of SDLC processes, requirements validation, and UAT coordination.
• Stakeholder facilitation and consensus-building skills for leading cross-functional workshops.
• Ability to perform current-state versus future-state gap analyses and recommend strategically aligned solutions.
• Ability to use generative AI for requirements documentation, gap analysis, user story creation, and test scenario generation.
