AI Program Specialist

What you will do

• Identify AI and automation opportunities with business owners, analyze processes, and define success measures.
• Coordinate stakeholders, user feedback, testing, rollout, communication, onboarding, and training with the engineering team.
• Track AI initiative status, priorities, dependencies, capacity, and prioritized business demand.
• Consolidate expected and realized value, including time savings, cost, quality, and risk, and prepare portfolio reviews for business leaders.
• Enable business users to identify use cases and build solutions with agent builders and low-code AI tools.
• Develop reusable guidance, templates, good practices, standards, and documentation in collaboration with engineering and process teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project or program management, process improvement, business analysis, or consulting.
• Experience driving change and adoption of digital or AI solutions with business users.
• Structured, KPI-oriented working approach with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Business-level understanding of AI and automation; coding is not required.
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Lean or process modelling experience.
• Hands-on experience with low-code tools.
