Product Manager (HVAC)

Company

Fernox, a subsidiary of MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions and part of Element Solutions Inc., manufactures water treatment chemicals, central heating system filters, plumbing consumables, and diagnostic testing services for residential and commercial applications.

What you will do

• Manage product strategy and roadmaps for assigned residential HVAC product lines.
• Analyze markets, customer needs, trends, and competitive positioning.
• Define product requirements and collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Operations to launch new products.
• Manage products through launch, growth, maturity, and phase-out.
• Support commercial teams with product training, technical documentation, and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor product performance and profitability while gathering customer and industry feedback to identify innovation opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management, technical marketing, or commercial roles within the HVAC industry.
• Solid understanding of the heating and cooling industry, its applications, and regulatory environments.
• Customer and market orientation, strategic and analytical thinking, and technical and commercial acumen.
• Project management, execution, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent business qualification.
• Experience working in international markets or with global teams.
• Additional language skills.
