Logistic Specialist

What you will do

• Integrate customer orders and monitor raw-material ordering based on customer demand.
• Coordinate order fulfillment from order receipt through after-sales service, including responses to customer order changes.
• Update SAP/R3 with customer delivery schedules, raw-material data, and customer and supplier procurement analyses.
• Supervise product preparation for shipment and invoicing, and analyze finished-goods and raw-material inventories.
• Investigate special-transport needs and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate customer and supplier logistics complaints, including 8D reports, as well as new-project launches and project closures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or production planning.
• Good knowledge of MRP and inventory-management processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Communicative English skills required.
• Knowledge of customer portals and transportation-management systems.
• Strong organizational, planning, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

• German language skills.
