NA Requirement Supply Planner (M/F)

Location: Katowice HUB, hybrid; working hours: 12:00–20:00 for overlap with North American stakeholders

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end supply planning for products manufactured outside North America, covering Make to Stock for the North America domestic market and Make to Order for GDM Ethnics customers.
• Translate demand and customer requirements into executable plans, maintain inventory and safety-stock levels, and manage supply planning through S&OP and S&OE cycles.
• Identify supply constraints, shortages and service risks; prepare costed mitigation scenarios and support shortage allocation and prioritisation.
• Coordinate suppliers, third-party manufacturers, sourcing units, factories, logistics, warehouses, customer service, order management and master data teams.
• Monitor finished-goods inventory, freshness, surplus, dead stock, obsolete risks, residual materials and product lifecycle changes.
• Track shipments and deliveries, maintain SAP, Kinaxis and planning data, support new product launches, and coordinate master-data and logistics activities.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, planning or a related operational role.
• Understanding of supply planning and inventory management principles, including Make to Stock (MTS) and Make to Order (MTO).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, stakeholder management skills and confidence leading operational meetings.
• Very good English communication skills at minimum C1 level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of SAP.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work 12:00–20:00 to overlap with North American stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kinaxis.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4 master-data attributes.
• Knowledge of international trade and cross-border supply chains.
