SCAS Specialist Logistics Inventory Management (m/k)

What you will do

• Process and manage commercial orders for devices and materials in the international aftersales inventory environment.
• Monitor and control return processes from international subsidiaries.
• Review inventory levels, ensure material availability, and process inventory transactions in SAP.
• Act as the primary contact for international subsidiaries on material availability, inventory, and process topics.
• Create system-relevant process and user documentation and train subsidiary colleagues.
• Analyze KPIs, prepare decision-making materials, coordinate reviews, and contribute to continuous process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or Logistics, including solid experience in order processing and inventory management.
• German and English language skills at minimum B2 level.
• Advanced SAP knowledge.
• Strong teamwork, flexibility, commitment, and excellent analytical capabilities.
• Self-driven and conscientious personality with a results-oriented and proactive mindset.
