Supply Planning Specialist (Supply Chain Planning)

Location: Krakow, Poland; remote work is available according to company regulations.

What you will do

• Manage inventory levels and ensure target service levels while minimizing supply chain costs.
• Develop and execute production, distribution, and inventory plans for core and promotional products.
• Analyze promotional capacity, operational and financial risks, and prepare contingency plans.
• Monitor planning performance, supplier and distribution center forecasts, plan compliance, and supply risks.
• Coordinate changes to shipment plans, bills of materials, sourcing strategies, safety stock, and other planning parameters with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps, perform root cause analyses, and support supply chain projects and continuous improvement through data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Operations, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, or a related area.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, inventory management, forecasting, and replenishment methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems, planning applications, and reporting tools such as Maestro, SCV, JDA, JDE, OBIEE, or similar.
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to convert complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Very good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and experience with cross-functional and international teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
