Distributor Market Planner (M/F)

Location: Katowice HUB, Poland, hybrid. Working hours: 12:00–20:00.

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end demand, requirements and supply planning for LATAM and Export markets, including forecasts, inventory, confirmed supply and future requirements.
• Manage demand and supply plans in Kinaxis within S&OP and S&OE processes, including Make to Order and Make to Stock models.
• Work with Business Development Managers, distributors, sourcing units, factories, third-party manufacturers, Customer Service and Logistics teams.
• Identify supply gaps, constrained supply events, shortages and critical deliveries; support costed scenarios and agree corrective actions.
• Coordinate purchase orders, shipment planning, execution and documentation in line with global control tower procedures.
• Provide backup for North America supply planning during absences and peak periods, while maintaining planning data and supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical capability, confidence working with data and good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Very good English at minimum B2/C1 level.
• Very good Spanish at minimum B2/C1 level.
• Strong learning agility, curiosity and motivation to develop across the full end-to-end planning process; previous planning experience is not required.
• Structured working style, ability to manage priorities, and a proactive, ownership-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
• Availability to work 12:00–20:00.

Nice to have

• Previous experience, including internships, in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service or Logistics.
• Experience with SAP and/or Kinaxis.
• Knowledge of international trade or experience with distributors or export markets.
• Basic understanding of S&OP.
