What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, working with sales teams, prospects, clients, and partners.
• Deliver tailored product presentations, software demonstrations, executive briefings, and technical workshops in virtual and onsite formats.
• Design enterprise architecture solutions and explain how Copperleaf fits within prospective customers’ organizations.
• Manage and customize demo environments, scripts, technical assets, and software configurations.
• Support sales strategy, deal closing, RFX responses, project scoping, and proposal development.
• Represent hirify.global Copperleaf at trade shows and industry events while contributing client and market insights to product evolution.

Requirements

• Dutch-speaking Senior Solutions Consultant with 3+ years of experience in solutions consulting, including software presales with complex products.
• Industry expertise in one or more of Utilities, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Transportation, Public Sector, or Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of or strong interest in asset management, decision analytics, and the business and technical challenges of relevant industry verticals.
• Track record of meeting with senior executives and influencing outcomes; ability to explain and teach concepts to stakeholders with different backgrounds.
• Strong presentation, consulting, influencing, advising, mediation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team, partner, and client success.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical or engineering field.

Nice to have

• Presales, consulting, or solution design experience with SAP, Oracle, IBM, or other software solutions.
• Experience in software implementation.
• Previous programming or software development experience, such as C# or a similar object-oriented language.
