Director, Production Engineering and Technologies, Industrialization

Location: On-site at Axis headquarters in Lund, Sweden

What you will do

• Lead the strategic interface with R&D and Manufacturing and create a stronger common voice for industrialization.
• Build partnerships with the Production System department developing complex production machines.
• Lead, coach, and support six managers and an organization of approximately 90 engineers.
• Shape the direction and strategy of Global Industrialization as a member of the department management team.
• Attract, retain, and develop talent and ensure capabilities meet current and future business needs.

Requirements

• Technical university degree in electronics, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• At least seven years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading technical product development or industrialization activities.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience leading managers.
• Experience developing production or test systems.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Fluent Swedish, written and spoken.
