Senior RFID & Card Production Specialist

What you will do

• Serve as the technical authority and trusted advisor for card production and RFID encoding.
• Guide Product Owners and cross-functional teams through technical analysis, solution recommendations, and data-driven decisions.
• Analyze processes, lead strategic projects, and implement improvements in efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.
• Develop technical standards, procedures, and documentation while ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, security, and quality requirements.
• Resolve complex operational and technical issues, including escalated investigations, with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor RFID, card technology, and access control developments; facilitate workshops, training, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Proven experience with RFID technologies and encoding solutions, including hands-on production processes and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of access control systems and credential technologies.
• Technical Services or customer-facing technical support experience.
• Demonstrated project management experience and experience in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with secure credential management and identity technologies.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, personalization, or issuance processes for smart cards.
• Experience with RFID standards, access control platforms, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with quality management frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies.
