Project Lead Engineer (Electrical Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead the electrical engineering team within the delivery project organization for industrial gas turbines.
• Act as the primary technical interface for customers and collaborate with project managers and stakeholders.
• Manage project planning, timelines, milestones, and delivery progress.
• Coordinate with internal interfaces, including mechanical engineering counterparts, to achieve project goals.
• Support high-quality deliverables and foster team development.

Requirements

• Engineering background with experience in electrical and/or controls engineering.
• Strong leadership skills and a genuine interest in people development.
• Effective communication and network-building skills across teams.
• Strategic mindset and ability to work in an environment of continuous change.
• Fluent English is essential.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MGT gas turbines.
• Swedish proficiency.
