Manufacturing Support Manager (Manufacturing Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Production and Industrialization Engineers supporting Giraffe 1X production.
• Ensure manufacturing support meets safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Drive industrialization of new products, processes, and manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing performance.
• Lead continuous improvement, productivity, quality, scalability, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Prioritize engineering resources, monitor KPIs, and support strategic manufacturing development, including occasional travel to the United Kingdom.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly operations, and quality methodologies.
• Experience driving production improvements, industrialization activities, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Ability to lead through change and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
