Development Electrical Engineer

Location: Hybrid remote/office in Finspång, Östergötland County, Sweden.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate electrical engineering activities from concept development through final implementation.
• Develop new technical solutions and improve existing products with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
• Design electrical installations, low-voltage systems, and control equipment solutions.
• Coordinate engineering work against project cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and engineering reports.

Requirements

• Strong electrical engineering background with extensive experience in industrial applications.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and executing technical projects, with adaptability to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Siemens Teamcenter, COMOS, NX, and Microsoft Office.
• Solid understanding of international standards and hazardous area engineering.
