Junior Billing Analyst (German Language Skills a Plus)

What you will do

• Manage and execute billing activities for hirify.global products and services.
• Analyze and resolve customer billing and financial queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure accurate billing operations.
• Support continuous improvement and implement new billing requirements.
• Contribute to local and international projects focused on process enhancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Some relevant internship, academic, or work experience in billing, finance, or accounting.
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
• Good communication skills in English at approximately C1 level.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage deadlines effectively.
• Motivation, proactivity, and willingness to grow in a collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• German language knowledge at B1 level.
