People Program Manager

Location: On-site in Los Angeles, California, United States

Salary: $140,000–$190,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of high-priority, enterprise-wide People programs, including new-hire onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop tracking and communication practices that improve progress visibility, accountability, and alignment with strategic initiatives.
• Analyze and redesign People and recruiting operations to identify automation, standardization, and scalability opportunities.
• Track People Team metrics, deliver ad hoc analyses, and implement initiatives that improve outcomes.
• Lead large-scale change management efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams on program implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR consulting, change management, communications, or project management.
• Experience building and scaling an end-to-end new-hire onboarding program.
• Experience partnering on the design, deployment, and analysis of employee engagement surveys and translating insights into recommendations.
• Experience building AI-powered tools and automated workflows to customize programs and improve operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, change management principles, tools, and best practices.
• Strong relationship-building skills, especially with leadership; strong editing and audience-focused communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, navigate ambiguity, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations under ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in HR management, organizational behavior, or communications.
• Project management or change management certifications such as PMP, PfMP, or CCMP.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar certification.
• Experience supporting exempt and non-exempt populations in manufacturing, defense, or similarly complex environments.
