Sales Engineer (Mechanical Seals)

Location: Rayong, Thailand; full-time, onsite sales role.

What you will do

• Promote and sell assigned John Crane products to targeted customers within the designated territory and market.
• Interpret customer requirements and develop solutions, including specifications, quotations, bidding proposals, and related support.
• Negotiate tender and contract terms and close sales.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education when required.
• Build new and maintain existing customer relationships while coordinating with Sales and other internal resources.
• Prepare periodic and requested reports and complete other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Knowledge or experience with rotating and related equipment; experience with mechanical seals and/or filtration systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with fundamental mechanical tools, such as a vernier caliper.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, commercially aware, and business-minded.
• Strong active listening, diagnostic questioning, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English and Thai communication skills.
