Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator (Process Automation)

What you will do

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials and products.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliations, inventory controls, and system transactions.
• Arrange and monitor inbound and outbound freight to ensure safe, efficient, and timely deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse documentation and transport records in line with company procedures and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers, freight providers, warehouse personnel, customer service, and supply chain stakeholders to resolve logistics issues.
• Support continuous improvement and workplace health and safety initiatives across warehouse activities.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain environments.
• Experience as a Warehouse Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, Storesperson, or in a similar role, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or distribution environments.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, prioritisation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort communicating in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Current forklift licence.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Certificate III in Warehousing Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, or equivalent experience.
