Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst (Blue Yonder)

What you will do

• Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders to identify business needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead functional analysis, solution design, configuration, and documentation across Blue Yonder and supporting Supply Chain systems.
• Translate requirements into system, process, automation, and continuous-improvement solutions.
• Investigate and resolve complex functional, system, integration, and data issues using root cause analysis.
• Define testing, business validation, and UAT activities to support successful releases.
• Support change readiness, communications, training, BAU transition, enhancement prioritization, governance, mentoring, and vendor collaboration.

Requirements

• Senior experience as a business analyst, functional consultant, or Supply Chain systems professional.
• Experience with enterprise Supply Chain, planning, fulfilment, inventory, order management, or related operational processes.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional solutions and process improvements.
• Experience with functional solution design, system configuration, and functional design or enhancement documentation.
• Experience leading complex issue investigation, root cause analysis, and cross-functional resolution.
• Experience defining test scenarios and cases, performing functional testing, and supporting UAT.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across business, technology, data, and vendor teams; communicate technical concepts in plain language; mentor team members; and provide quality oversight.
• Full Australian working rights are required.
