Logistics Coordinator - Northmead, NSW

Location: Northmead, New South Wales, Australia; onsite warehouse role

What you will do

• Keep warehouse operations running efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries, stock movements, and outbound dispatch.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and help minimise product loss and damage.
• Support customer service outcomes by ensuring orders are delivered in full and on time.
• Work with warehouse teams to solve problems, improve processes, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance while participating in cross-functional training.

• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate confidently with different stakeholders.
• Ownership, independence, curiosity, and a proactive approach to improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience with SAP or another warehouse management system.
• Forklift licence.
