Stores Coordinator

Location: Melbourne, VIC, Australia; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Support management with continuous improvement activities and complete additional operational tasks as required.
• Provide training and support to stores team members.
• Represent the purchasing team as a key contact and support purchasing management.
• Book in goods receipts, manage goods dispatch, and close service jobs and assemblies within agreed time frames.
• Track Purchasing KPIs, complete stock counts, and manage stock across JCA.
• Assemble and package couplings, mechanical seals, and other products; maintain a clean, tidy stores area and follow OHS policies and safe work practices.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in a stores role is preferred.
