Depot Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Expand and continuously develop the depot branch team.
• Manage costs, efficiency, service quality, and budget targets.
• Coordinate the subordinate organizational unit and ensure sufficient personnel and courier resources.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, and motivate employees and couriers.
• Participate in projects that model and optimize operational processes.
• Report performance results and cooperate with other company departments.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar managerial position in the logistics or courier industry, preferably as a Transport Manager, Branch Manager, Terminal Manager, or Sorting Hub Manager.
• Experience building and managing diverse teams.
• Ability to make independent decisions and act effectively under stressful conditions.
• Experience participating in projects and implementing improvements.
• Goal orientation, effective delegation, and strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Category B driver's license and openness to business travel.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• English at minimum B1/B2 level.
