Project & Offer Manager for Substation Services Long Term Programs (Americas) (BR)

Location: Office/site only; Brazil locations listed as São Paulo and Jundiaí. The role also requires the ability to work from Raleigh, NC or Orlando, FL, with 25–50% travel.

What you will do

• Lead Americas long-term service agreement opportunities from qualification through offer submission and handover to execution.
• Develop proposals, pricing concepts, and framework agreements for maintenance, operations, and availability services for high-voltage substations.
• Support Global Service Agreement frameworks for international customers and scalable regional execution.
• Coordinate commercial qualification, costing, risk assessment, bid/no-bid decisions, and governance approvals.
• Lead collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Service Operations, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain Management.
• Improve offer templates, commercial playbooks, CRM transparency, handover standards, and lessons-learned processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, or a related discipline, combined with experience in energy, transmission, grid technology, or service businesses.
• Experience in proposal management, bid management, offer management, commercial project management, or long-term service agreements, ideally in power transmission or infrastructure.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills covering contract structuring, costing, pricing, risk assessment, business cases, and bid governance.
• Understanding of substation technologies, service portfolios, asset lifecycle management, or comparable industrial service models.
• Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, communication, customer focus, structure, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work from Raleigh, NC or Orlando, FL.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• Ability to travel 25–50% of the time.
