Sales Operations Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead project plans, risks, weekly production calls, quarterly process improvement projects, and cross-departmental initiatives.
• Review production orders, coordinate corrections, manage production changes and pushouts, and prioritize urgent orders with Engineering.
• Manage finished inventory at storage yards and oversee accounts receivable for designated direct accounts.
• Troubleshoot intercompany billing variances and resolve dealer issues involving damaged or missing parts after shipment.
• Prepare customer meetings for service work and delivery, report customer metrics to leadership, and support annual service contract management.
• Develop training materials and process documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of operations or project management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Experience coordinating across functions.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ARP and BI tools.
