Scriptwriters & Producers (Interactive Drama)

Location: San Francisco or remote; hybrid arrangement available

Salary: $60,000–$120,000 annually for full-time roles; part-time and freelance compensation discussed based on scope

What you will do

• Write compelling short-form drama scripts with strong hooks, tight pacing, and engaging characters.
• Build tension quickly and maintain audience engagement scene by scene.
• Produce scripted drama or interactive content end-to-end, from development through delivery.
• Manage writers, vendors, and timelines while maintaining creative quality under tight constraints.

Requirements

• Strong scriptwriting ability for short-form drama, or end-to-end production experience with scripted drama or interactive content.
• Scriptwriters should understand fast tension-building, pacing, hooks, and character development.
• Producers should be comfortable managing writers, vendors, timelines, and delivery.
• Applicants may specialize in either the Scriptwriter or Producer track; covering both tracks is not required.
• San Francisco, hybrid, or remote work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with branching narratives, interactive story structures, or game writing.
• Experience with vertical drama, short-form scripted content, or game production.
• Experience with drama apps such as ReelShort, DramaBox, or Mango, or game platforms such as Roblox or Epic.
