Creative Video Producer

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid workplace

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annual base salary, plus equity

hirify.global is building an operating system for modern fitness and wellness businesses, providing an all-in-one platform for schedules, bookings, payments, on-demand video, retreats, marketing, branded apps, and websites.

What you will do

• Plan, shoot, direct, and produce long-form brand content across interview, documentary, and behind-the-scenes formats.
• Manage production logistics and post-production through final delivery.
• Cover brand events and pop-ups, turning same-day footage into publishable content.
• Concept and script video ideas with the content team and contribute to creative direction.
• Brief and manage external freelancers when specialized production work is needed.
• Build production workflows, briefing systems, asset management processes, and a reusable raw-footage and b-roll library.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in video production or creative production, with hands-on experience in shooting, lighting, directing, and editing.
• Strong portfolio covering short-form social, brand storytelling, and/or advertising creative; a portfolio is required.
• Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or an equivalent editing tool, with the ability to work independently from shoot to final cut.
• Strong creative taste and a clear point of view on quality.
• Experience shooting and directing non-professional talent, including founders, instructors, and real people.
• Ability to work as the only full-time production person and build a production function rather than only execute within an existing one.
• Experience managing or briefing external freelancers and maintaining a high quality bar.
• Highly organized and autonomous, with the ability to deliver without close supervision.

• Background in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle content.
• Motion graphics or light animation skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted editing workflows.
