What you will do
- Own named customer accounts end to end, from understanding workflows to getting agents into daily use.
- Configure and extend AI agents for customers' real documents and data.
- Write integrations, data pipelines, prompts, and evaluations.
- Develop new product features when needed to make customer workflows work.
- Prove customer outcomes with measurable results and bring learnings back into the core platform.
Requirements
- Ability to work directly inside customer workflows, including on-site operational and procurement contexts.
- Ability to write code for integrations, data pipelines, prompts, evaluations, and product features.
- Ability to adapt software to real customer documents and data and drive it into daily use.
