Sr. Product Engineer (Agentic Platform)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; office-first with four days per week in the office. Candidates must already have the right to work and reside in Sweden. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not available.

What you will do

• Build features and workflows for engineers across hirify.global.
• Work directly with developers to understand problems and test solutions.
• Build integrations with repositories, development environments, and internal systems.
• Prototype unclear solutions and take useful ideas into production.
• Own production reliability, observability, and failure modes.
• Contribute to technical and product decisions across APIs, integrations, developer interfaces, infrastructure, and agent workflows.

Requirements

• Broad software engineering experience across more than one part of the stack.
• Experience with system design, APIs, and modern cloud environments.
• Strong engineering judgment and the ability to make technical trade-offs.
• Experience taking problems from exploration to production and operating software in production.
• Interest in developer experience and internal platforms.
• Experience integrating coding agents into current engineering workflows.
• Experience experimenting with agentic workflows, context engineering, MCP, tool use, evaluation, observability, or automation.
• Ability to explain technical reasoning clearly and work across team boundaries.
• Comfort working in an evolving area where many answers are still unknown; deep expertise in a particular language or framework and years of AI infrastructure experience are not required.
