AI Enablement Engineer

Location: Stockholm or Gothenburg, Sweden; hybrid with office attendance Tuesday through Thursday.

What you will do

• Identify high-impact AI and automation use cases with business stakeholders and turn them into working solutions.
• Perform prompt and context engineering to structure business knowledge for AI agents.
• Build, deploy, evaluate, and improve AI workflows and agents using LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering on cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for AI workflows.
• Implement data privacy, model governance, human-in-the-loop validation, access controls, secrets management, and automated evaluation.
• Coach colleagues across technical levels through introductions, support, code reviews, and pairing.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Practical experience building LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering, context design, and output validation.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Java, or Go and cloud infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of secure software development and data privacy.
• Service-minded approach and clear communication when supporting colleagues with different technical levels.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from Stockholm or Gothenburg, with office attendance Tuesday through Thursday.
