Product Engineer (AI Product Experience)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden. Applicants must currently reside in Stockholm and hold Swedish citizenship, EU/EEA citizenship while residing in Stockholm, or a valid Swedish work permit. Office-first: work from the office a minimum of four days per week.

What you will do

• Design and implement user-facing AI features, including natural-language querying, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent insights.
• Own features end-to-end from exploration and prototyping through architecture, implementation, production deployment, and follow-up.
• Partner with product managers and designers to define interaction patterns for AI-driven experiences.
• Evaluate and optimize the reliability, latency, cost, accuracy, and usability of AI features in production.
• Shape AI tooling, design patterns, and best practices across the product.
• Drive technical initiatives to production while following testing, code review, and DRY practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building product-facing software as a fullstack and/or backend engineer.
• Product mindset, comfort with ambiguous problem spaces, and ability to drive technical direction with stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications in production, including system performance evaluation and cost monitoring.
• Strong engineering skills, including maintainable high-quality code and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
• Experience designing and operating scalable AWS cloud infrastructure, APIs, data pipelines, and observability.
• Applicants must currently reside in Stockholm, Sweden and meet the stated citizenship or Swedish work-permit criteria.

Nice to have

• Experience with data-heavy products and/or analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock or similar LLM foundation-model platforms.
