What you will do

• Build end-to-end product features across the stack for bid analysis, estimation, and procurement AI systems.
• Work with real construction inputs, including documents, specifications, standards, and edge cases.
• Build evaluation and reliability tooling to measure quality, reduce failures, and improve repeatability.
• Improve performance and observability so systems remain fast and trustworthy as usage scales.
• Develop integrations and solve forward-deployed problems in customer environments.

Requirements

• Software engineering capability; the role is open to students, new graduates, and experienced engineers.
• Strong product sense: reason from user pain to solution and measurable outcome.
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining high-quality engineering craft.
• Evidence of building and shipping work, such as repositories, demos, side projects, or shipped products.
