Self-Service Sales Executive

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico; role based in Irapuato, with visits to 4–5 stores per day.

What you will do

• Develop the sales and marketing strategy for the assigned area based on information analysis.
• Achieve area goals and manage the execution of the stores’ product portfolios.
• Manage and guide personnel at points of sale, including sales advisors.
• Oversee sales and trade marketing strategies.
• Prepare mobile-platform reports covering sales results, closing activity, inventories, budgets, store image, codes, and shrinkage.

Requirements

• Completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in similar positions involving personnel management.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, filters, and formulas, plus smartphone proficiency.
• Negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Availability to visit an average of 4–5 stores per day.
