Social Media Content Producer (EdTech)

Location: hirify.global NYC, Tribeca, New York; hybrid schedule with remote work on Monday and Friday and in-office work Tuesday through Thursday

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 base salary per year, plus equity grant; remote roles may have localized salary ranges

What you will do

• Create, edit, and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other key social platforms.
• Produce visually appealing, informative, and on-trend posts aligned with the brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and cross-functional teams to support business goals.
• Contribute to and implement the social media strategy to expand awareness and interest in hirify.global.
• Monitor social media trends, conversations, competitor activity, and best practices to guide future content.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media and/or content creation.
• Content creation skills including iPhone video shooting, video editing, and basic graphic design.
• Experience creating, posting, and optimizing content on Instagram and TikTok.
• High standards for creative work, adaptability to changing trends and technologies, teamwork, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Figma for visual design.
• Willingness to appear on camera occasionally.
