Base salary: $65,400–$89,980, $73,900–$101,640, or $83,000–$114,180 USD gross annually, depending on work location.

What you will do

• Develop and produce visual content, including short-form vertical videos, graphics, GIFs, carousels, and trend-driven assets.
• Support platform-specific social strategies that increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influencers to amplify campaigns and extend brand reach.
• Manage the editorial calendar, content pipeline, and publishing process.
• Analyze performance data and refine creative and social strategies.
• Track emerging design trends, video editing techniques, and social media best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience growing a brand’s social media presence.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut, with strong pacing and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts into relatable, platform-native content.
• Experience partnering with influencers or creators.
• Strong project management and organizational skills in a distributed, fast-paced environment.
• Professional English proficiency is required for frequent communication with worldwide colleagues and partners.
