Social and Content Manager (AI)

Location: Full-time, hybrid in New York City, United States

Base salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year, depending on experience; bonus and equity offered.

hirify.global is building an AI-native primary intelligence platform for enterprises, investment firms, and asset managers, automating expert research from study design and recruitment through AI-moderated interviews and insight synthesis.

What you will do

• Develop creative concepts, recurring series, short-form video, visual storytelling, interactive content, and creator collaborations from concept through launch.
• Own the content calendar and publishing across hirify.global’s and the founder’s X and LinkedIn accounts.
• Draft company and founder thought leadership, posts, threads, campaign content, launch emails, newsletters, and landing pages.
• Turn research findings, customer stories, and product updates into compelling content for technology, business, investment, and corporate audiences.
• Build audience relationships through daily engagement and manage creator and partner campaigns, including outreach, timelines, deliverables, and amplification.
• Build repeatable content workflows, use AI and automation to improve recurring work, and track performance to recommend what to expand, improve, or stop.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media communities, tone, timing, formats, and audience behavior.
• Excellent writing skills, including finding strong hooks, simplifying complex ideas, adapting to different voices, and maintaining accuracy.
• Original thinking, willingness to experiment, and ability to explain and defend creative choices.
• Curiosity about technology and business, including the priorities of investors and corporate decision-makers.
• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces, meet deadlines, communicate early about issues, and take ownership through publication and learning.
• Thoughtful use of AI tools for research, brainstorming, drafting, and workflow improvement, with independent judgment over final work.
• Likely 1–3 years of relevant experience in social, content, communications, or a related field; strong independent projects, personal accounts, and community-building experience also count.

Nice to have

• Experience growing an engaged audience for a personal brand, founder, publication, or company.
• Content experience in technology, investing, financial services, or B2B.
• Experience working with creators or running campaigns from concept through launch and measurement.
• Ability to create simple graphics, edit short video clips, or direct designers and editors.
• Examples of originated ideas, including why they worked and lessons from ideas that did not.
