Senior Solution Consultant, Federal Public Sector (Identity Verification)

Location: Hybrid, Hub — Washington, DC, United States; up to 20% travel.

Salary: $150K–$185K annually, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact across sales cycles and product implementation for federal public-sector clients.
• Partner with sales leadership on business development, product presentations, statements of work, pricing, and direct or channel sales engagements.
• Collaborate with Data Science to design and execute proofs of concept and tailor recommendations to client needs.
• Coordinate stakeholders and functional resources, lead project meetings, prioritize initiatives, and provide project leadership.
• Translate between technical and non-technical audiences and serve as the day-to-day technical expert on engagements.
• Partner with Product Development and Product Marketing on product innovation, thought leadership, blogs, whitepapers, research briefs, and webinars; mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, mathematics, economics, statistics, computer science, or a related field preferred.
• 6+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in professional services consulting, product management, or sales engineering.
• Experience leading enterprise-level engagements involving analytics, technology, and/or enterprise software.
• Ability to negotiate resources and priorities across multiple stakeholders to drive business results.
• Prior knowledge or experience with SaaS sales processes and federal-government enterprise engagements.
• Ability to synthesize complex statistical observations into clear verbal and written results and recommendations.
• Expertise building and delivering presentations with clear, complete messages.
• Experience with document image capture or OCR/CV tools; domain expertise in NIST identity standards, federal-government regulations, and banking regulations.
• Strong technical depth in areas such as ML/DS technologies, SDLCs, RESTful APIs, and RDBMS.
