Associate Solution Consultant, SLED

Location: Hybrid at the San Francisco hub, with remote options in California or Colorado; travel required.

Salary: $110K–$130K annually, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Serve as the day-to-day technical expert for external and internal projects and engagements.
• Support business development by presenting products and solutions, preparing statements of work, and developing pricing.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, coordinate cross-functional resources, and prioritize projects.
• Work with senior decision-makers to apply technology to significant business problems.
• Funnel product innovation concepts to product managers and provide project leadership and mentoring.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Prior experience in financial services or wireless industries.
• Experience conducting credit or fraud risk management analysis.
• Experience with business process re-engineering practices and methodologies.
• Experience leading enterprise-level engagements involving analytics, technology, and/or enterprise software.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, presentation, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects, negotiate resources and priorities with stakeholders, and deliver timely results.
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences, operate in a cross-functional matrixed environment, and communicate with team members, executives, and customers.
• Ability to synthesize complex statistical observations into clear verbal and written results and concrete recommendations.
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain and enhance relationships.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, mathematics, economics, computer science, or another relevant field.
• MBA or master’s degree.
• Proficiency with FCRA, ECOA, GLBA, and other lending regulations.
