What you will do

• Review, analyze, and evaluate user needs to create systems solutions supporting business strategies.
• Document system requirements, define scope and objectives, and create system specifications for development and implementation.
• Review project deliverables, ensure adherence to quality standards, and recommend solutions to identified problems.
• Act as a liaison between IT and users, applying both functional and technical expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience performing business or systems analysis.
• Experience documenting system requirements, defining scope and objectives, and creating system specifications that drive system development and implementation.
• Secret Clearance and compliance with Army requirements are required.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated success in Army contracting.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
