Senior Implementation Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada. Occasional customer, team, and business travel may be required, including in-person GTM onboarding in Toronto.

Salary: Annual base salary of $102,000–$148,000 USD for US-based roles or $102,000–$148,000 CAD for Canada-based roles; commission-eligible.

What you will do

• Lead configuration, integration, validation, and launch of Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, Device Trust, and Unified Access.
• Partner with Project Managers on implementation plans, customer coordination, timelines, and delivery risks.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success partners to align technical approaches with customer environments and business goals.
• Manage active customer engagements, including independently led implementations and enablement support for Project Manager-led projects.
• Deliver customized technical consultations and virtual or in-person training for administrators, executives, and end users.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, improve playbooks and training materials, and develop AI-powered workflows while mentoring teammates.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading technical implementations from planning through launch, including implementation consulting, solutions engineering, customer onboarding, or software deployments for large or complex organizations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong technical aptitude combined with project management experience, including timeline management, stakeholder coordination, time tracking, and utilization monitoring.
• Ability to configure solutions and independently answer complex customer questions while involving appropriate internal partners when needed.
• Understanding of identity and security concepts, including IdPs, SSO, SCIM, Active Directory, MDM, and Zero Trust.
• Clear communication with technical practitioners, senior stakeholders, and audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging virtual and in-person training.
• Ability to use AI, automation, and workflow improvements to reduce repetitive work and create reusable solutions.
