Sr. Solutions Consultant (Fintech)

What you will do

• Advise prospective and existing financial institution clients on digital banking needs, challenges, and tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver platform demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops aligned with client strategy and business drivers.
• Provide pre-sales technical expertise through RFP/RFI responses, solution assessments, and answers to prospect, client, and internal questions.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, development, implementation, and digital strategy teams to align solutions with client expectations and technical requirements.
• Communicate customer feedback and product roadmap priorities, while maintaining sales resources such as presentations, recorded demonstrations, industry articles, and interactive demos.
• Maintain subject-matter expertise in business banking, payments, back-office processes, digital banking trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Business Analysis within digital banking or fintech.
• Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, core banking systems, APIs, and fintech integrations.
• Ability to explain technical concepts as business value and demonstrate authority and expertise with prospects and clients.
• Ability to discuss cash management operations, including ACH and wire processing, cash-flow forecasting, transaction management, and reconciliation.
• Excellent presentation skills for both onsite and virtual delivery, plus strong written, oral, organizational, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Experience with cloud-based banking solutions, mobile banking, payments, and security best practices.
