Senior GTM Recruiter

Location: Remote

Salary: $145K–$180K plus equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior roles across Marketing, Brand Design, Client Engagement, Accounting, and other GTM and business teams.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define profiles, calibrate evaluation criteria, share market insights, and adjust search strategies.
• Build creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, portfolios, campaigns, communities, public writing, conference speaker lists, web research, and talent intelligence.
• Evaluate candidates according to function-specific signals, including marketing impact, design craft, client retention and growth, and accounting accuracy.
• Write personalized outreach, manage screening and interview processes, prepare candidates, maintain momentum, and close offers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Ashby or a similar applicant tracking system and improve recruiting methods using response rates, conversion data, and pipeline quality.

Requirements

• Experience owning full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through screening, interviews, offer, and close.
• Ability to recruit credibly across Marketing, Brand Design, Client Engagement, Accounting, and other business functions.
• Strong candidate research, talent mapping, sourcing, evaluation, and closing skills.
• Ability to identify transferable experience and distinguish keyword matches from exceptional potential.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar subject matter, ask precise questions, and calibrate with functional experts.
• Ability to write concise, personalized, credible outreach for hard-to-reach candidates.
• Strong process management, communication, collaboration, and candidate judgment.
• Comfort using AI tools such as Claude or similar platforms while maintaining accuracy, privacy, and authentic human engagement.
