Recruiter

Location: San Francisco, California; hybrid, with in-office Anchor Days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 base per year.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across People, Legal, and Finance, from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to develop hiring strategies and understand business needs.
• Develop sourcing and talent strategies for specialized roles through market research, talent mapping, and targeted outreach.
• Build meaningful candidate relationships and deliver a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience.
• Use AI and modern recruiting tools to improve recruiting efficiency, quality, and outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting specialized or niche roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Ability to independently source, assess, and close exceptional talent, including hard-to-find candidates.
• Strong hiring manager partnership skills, including advising, navigating difficult conversations, and influencing hiring decisions.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach using data, market insights, and sound judgment to drive searches forward.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize, navigate ambiguity, and deliver an inclusive candidate experience.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI and emerging tools.
